Abstract
Islam is based on montoheism in every aspect one of the branches of monotheism is Af'ali monotheism. The principle of Af'ali monotheism tells us that there is one single determination dominating the whole existence (universe) everything is under his management and one of his epithets is the Creator of Universe. The Islamic management stems from the management of the creator of universe (The Almighty God). We not only receive the authority and legality of our management from him, but also we base our management approaches on the creation disciplines authorized by his might and determination. The micro- world of each individual human being is an example of the macro- world of existence at large. We get our inspiration of our management methods from the methods used by Almighty God. From the point of view of motives, the Islamic management is based on a specific culture in which motions such as self sacrifice, expending in every capital one has at his disposal, even adopting martyrdom to attain one's significant social ideals are prevalent this culture is not influenced by the insignificent material notives. In the Islamic management, the internal control and the culture of Faith, obligation and piety is more emphasized than external control that is why every individual takes care of his behavior. In the Islamic management, administration is not a social position rather, it is an obligation which an administrator should fulfil towards his society.
