Abstract

Recently Several independent Studies have been directed in governmental institutions, as well as the private sector to investigate the technological state of Iranian industries, and to evaluate the possibility of utilizing the present facility, for economy reconstruction, sa well as new developments. They have mainly looked upon industial services, and production oriented technologies, with the aim of revealing their state, in either better utilization or in helping to develop new capabilities. The dearee of technological utilization has been assesed by four interrelated criterias, i.e.,Orgoware, Humanware, technoware, and inforware issues.The evaluation process is based on a particular procedure worked on by specialists of United Nations Organization, for technological assesment in Asia and the Pacific. Iran has published the procedure, and it is further developed to suit the actual needs of the Iranian industries, by researchers.
