Abstract

This study aimed at the analysis of multiple regression between servant leadership factors and perceived organizational justice with work conscientiousness among faculty members of Urmia University. Using descriptive-correlational method, a sample of 118 subjects was selected through random stratified sampling method proportionate to the total faculty members of each school. Data were gathered through Servant Leadership Questionnaire according to Laub Model, Organizational Justice Questionnaire according to Colqite Model, and Work Conscientiousness Questionnaire according to Barrick and Mount Model. The content validity of questionnaires was confirmed by experts and their reliability was measured through Chronbach’s alpha coefficient which were a=0.861, a=0.811 and a=0.912 for servant leadership, organizational justice and work conscientiousness, respectively. Data were analyzed based on research hypotheses and by using MANOVA and regression analysis. The findings show that servant leadership factors and perceived organizational justice have positive significant relationship with work conscientiousness components.
