Research population is consisted of the managers and experts of construction chalk, textile, chemicals and tiles industries in Semnan City. A number of 65 experts and managers of the under study industries were selected via convenience sampling method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. The Tests of one-way ANOVA, LSD, and One-Sample T-Test were employed to analyze research data and hypotheses. D) The results of One-Sample T-Test indicated that there is not a significant difference between the score mean of shared responsibility in the construction chalk industry, the score mean of all aspects of strategic agility (except for the vision clarity aspect) in the tiles industry, the aspect of understanding core capabilities in the textile industry, the aspects of selecting strategic target, and shared responsibilities in the chemicals industry, and the value of one-Sample T-Test. Moreover, there is a significant difference between the score mean of other aspects and the level of strategic agility in the studied industries, and the value of One-Sample T-test.
