Efikasi Formulasi Granular Kombinasi Trichoderma sp. dan Ekstrak Daun Bandotan terhadap Sclerotium rolfsii pada Porang (Amorphophallus oncophyllus)

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Amorphophallus oncophyllus merupakan tanaman jenis umbi-umbian yang memiliki nilai jual tinggi sebab mengandung glukomanan yang banyak bermanfaat untuk berbagai bidang industri. Budidaya A. oncophyllus seringkali terkendala penyakit busuk pangkal batang Sclerotium rolfsii, sehingga perlu dilakukan pengendalian. Upaya pengendalian dapat dilakukan dengan kombinasi agensia hayati Trichoderma sp. dengan pestisida nabati ektrak daun bandotan. Aplikasi pengendalian kombinasi dapat dilakukan dalam formulasi padat granular. Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan secara in vitro dan in vivo. Secara in vitro menggunakan RAL faktor kombinasi Trichoderma sp. dan ekstrak daun bandotan, terbagi dalam 4 taraf yakni, 0% (TB0), 5% (TB5), 10% (TB10), dan 15% (TB15). Secara in vivo menggunakan RAL 2 faktor. Faktor pertama merupakan konsentrasi bahan pembawa tepung beras dalam 4 taraf konsentrasi, yaitu 0% (B1), 25% (B2), 50% (B3), dan 75% (B4). Faktor kedua merupakan masa simpan granular, yaitu 0 minggu (M1), 3 minggu (M2), dan 5 minggu (M3). Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa granular kombinasi Trichoderma sp. dan ekstrak daun bandotan 10% mampu menekan infeksi S. rolfsii sebesar 64,25% dan mampu memacu pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman porang. Kesimpulan: Perlakuan granular kombinasi Trichoderma sp. dan ekstrak daun bandotan 10% dengan penambahan tepung beras 25% dalam masa simpan 0-3 minggu memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap bibit tanaman porang.
