Pomiar Innowacyjności Z Perspektywy Przedsiębiorstwa

Abstract

W artykule opisano różne wskaźniki służące do oceny innowacji: produktowych, procesowych, organizacyjnych i marketingowych, za pomocą których można także zmierzyć zakres i sprawność procesu innowacji, nakłady na innowacje, korzyści ekonomiczne i współpracę w realizacji działalności innowacyjnej. Drugą część artykułu stanowi studium przypadku polskiej firmy produkcyjnej i analiza wskaźników jej działalności innowacyjnej, dotyczących produktów, procesu badawczo-rozwojowego, zbierania pomysłów, patentów, nakładów na innowacje i wdrażania innowacji procesowych.
