Przesłanki za wykorzystaniem rachunkowości wzrostu gospodarczego w badaniu specjalizacji regionalnych

Abstract

Artykuł podejmuje problem sposobu badania specjalizacji regionalnych (w tym inteligentnych specjalizacji), które zwiększają konkurencyjność oraz zapewniają przyśpieszenie rozwoju gospodarczego regionów. Autor uważa, że klasyczna teoria handlu ma tutaj ograniczone zastosowanie, natomiast pomocna może być nowa geografia ekonomiczna Krugmana. Autor przywołuje teorię Ricciego, łączącą te teorie, która kładzie nacisk na wzrost produktywności jako czynnik pomagający w wyjściu z niedorozwoju. Autor przedstawia rachunek produktywności KLEMS i podaje wyniki badań pokazujące, że ta metoda badania specjalizacji regionalnych ma przewagę nad innymi metodami.
