Abstract

Статья исследует роль финтеха в трансформации мировой финансовой системы, раскрывает возможности и риски этих изменений, оказывающие влияние на финансовую систему. Более того, статья демонстрирует различные подходы к регулированию финтех-развития, показывает влияние Covid-19 на финтех и его регулирование, а также описывает инициативы Национального Банка Казахстана по поддержке и развитию финтеха на финансовом рынке. // The article explores the role of Fintech in transforming the global financial system and shows how this transformation brings opportunities together with challenges to the financial system. Moreover, it presents different approaches to regulate Fintech development and reveals the impact of Covid-19 on Fintech and its regulation. In addition, the article describes the initiatives of the National Bank of Kazakhstan to support and develop Fintech in the financial market
