Wykorzystanie funduszy unii europejskiej wspierających inwestycje w gospodarstwach rolnych

Abstract

Celem artykułu była analiza wykorzystania środków pomocowych z funduszy UE przeznaczonych na inwestycje w gospodarstwach rolnych. Materiałem analitycznym były wyniki wdrażania programów finansowania inwestycji z funduszy rolnych UE (przed- i poakcesyjnych) w Polsce. W kolejnych okresach programowania rosło wsparcie modernizacji technicznego wyposażenia gospodarstw. Nie zmieniał się sposób wykorzystania wsparcia, ponieważ w każdym kolejnym programie dominowały inwestycje dotyczące przedsięwzięć związanych z wyposażeniem gospodarstw w maszyny, urządzenia i narzędzia do produkcji rolnej. Najwięcej środków trafiło do województw w środkowej części kraju (mazowieckiego, wielkopolskiego, lubelskiego, kujawsko-pomorskiego, podlaskiego i łódzkiego), umacniając konkurencyjność regionów o relatywnie dobrej strukturze agrarnej, w których rolnictwo jest uważane za dobrze rozwinięte.
