Znaczenie ludowych zespołów sportowych w kształtowaniu sportowej aktywności młodzieży wiejskiej na opolszczyźnie w latach 2001-2010

Abstract

W czasach komercjalizacji, wiejskie organizacje sportowe – Ludowe Zespoły Sportowe – wydają się być oazą czystego sportu. Wiejscy działacze i sportowcy wyróżniają się bezinteresownym podejściem do sportu. Działalność członków Ludowych Zespołów Sportowych jest dobrowolna – celem nadrzędnym LZS-ów jest bowiem aktywne i atrakcyjne wypełnienie wolnego czasu społeczności wiejskiej. Ludowe Zespoły Sportowe odgrywają ogromną rolę w wychowaniu dzieci i młodzieży wiejskiej – sport to nie tylko sprawdzian siły fizycznej i zdobytych umiejętności, uczy także działań zespołowych, zachowań kompromisowych oraz lojalności w stosunku do partnerów. Celem artykułu było zaprezentowanie Ludowych Zespołów Sportowych jako formy promowania sportu wśród młodzieży wiejskiej na Opolszczyźnie w latach 2001-2010. Przedstawiono również zadania zrealizowane w 2010 roku przez Opolskie Wojewódzkie Zrzeszenie LZS, zarówno na mocy umów z KZ LZS Warszawa, jak i z Urzędem Marszałkowskim Województwa Opolskiego, które wspierają działalność Ludowych Zespołów Sportowych, umożliwiając im kształtowanie sportowej aktywności młodzieży wiejskiej.
