Rolnictwo jako dział gospodarki polskiej w okresie transformacji

Abstract

W ujęciu makroekonomicznym rolnictwo jest traktowane jako jeden z sektorów gospodarki narodowej, stanowiącej system wielu elementów, pozostających ze sobą w pewnym określonym związku. We współczesnej gospodarce wolnorynkowej podmioty gospodarujące w rolnictwie funkcjonują w roli sprzedawców lub/i nabywców na rynku rolnym, który – wraz z rozwojem społeczno-gospodarczym – podlega przeobrażeniom. W Polsce, od początku okresu transformacji, znaczenie oraz funkcje rolnictwa w gospodarce ulegają zmianie, tym samym zmieniają się warunki funkcjonowania podmiotów na rynku rolnym. Celem artykułu jest dokonanie analizy zmian zaobserwowanych w rolnictwie polskim po 1990 roku, w tym m.in. zmian: poziomu zatrudnienia w sektorze rolnictwa, udziału rolnictwa w tworzeniu polskiego PKB, poziomu wykształcenia kierowników gospodarstw domowych rolników oraz przeciętnych realnych rozporządzalnych dochodów tych gospodarstw, a także zmian struktury agrarnej itp.
