Poziom specjalizacji produkcji żywca wieprzowego a efektywność gospodarstw rolniczych

Abstract

W pracy przedstawiono wpływ specjalizacji gospodarstw nastawionych na produkcję żywca wieprzowego na ich wyniki ekonomiczne. Skupiono się przede wszystkim na zbadaniu zależności dochodu z rodzinnego gospodarstwa rolnego i dochodu, jaki przynosi produkcja żywca wieprzowego w zależności od poziomu wyspecjalizowania gospodarstw. Uzyskane wyniki wykazują, że specjalizacja jest korzystnym zjawiskiem. Wzrost stopnia specjalizacji w produkcji żywca wieprzowego implikował wzrost dochodu z rodzinnego gospodarstwa rolnego, dochodu z działalności, a także dochodowości ziemi i pracy.
