Charakterystyka gospodarstw korzystających ze wsparcia inwestycji modernizacyjnych i dostosowawczych na tle innych form pomocy unii europejskiej

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest określenie specyfiki gospodarstw korzystających z różnych form wsparcia w ramach II filaru Wspólnej Polityki Rolnej UE. W wyniku przeprowadzonych analiz ustalono, że wśród badanej populacji podmiotów towarowych, inwestycje dostosowujące do standardów unijnych przeprowadziły głównie gospodarstwa mniejsze, produkujące intensywnie, w których dużą rolę odgrywała produkcja zwierzęca. Natomiast przedsięwzięcia modernizacyjne były wykonywane natomiast w gospodarstwach większych, charakteryzujących się relatywnie niewielkimi zasobami pracy. Z innych form pomocy UE korzystały podmioty, które nie posiadały odpowiedniego potencjału produkcyjnego, lub wykorzystywały go w sposób mało efektywny.
