Ocena wykorzystania środków finansowych w okresie trzech lat funkcjonowania programu rozwoju obszarów wiejskich 2007-2013

Abstract

W opracowaniu przedstawiono ogólne założenia oraz plan finansowania poszczególnych działań PROW 2007-2013. Przeprowadzono analizę wykorzystania środków finansowych, w ramach działań tworzących osie priorytetowe PROW 2007-2013, w okresie trzech lat funkcjonowania Programu. Źródłem materiałów były opracowania i raporty MRWiR. Na realizację działań PROW 2007-2013 Polska otrzymała wsparcie finansowe w kwocie 17,2 mld euro, a do czerwca 2010 roku wykorzystała 22,24% łącznego budżetu Programu. Największy udział w wykorzystaniu środków finansowych miało działanie osi 2 związane ze Wspieraniem terenów ONW oraz działanie osi 1 Renty strukturalne.
