Ewolucja polskiej polityki ekologicznej w latach 2000-2010

Abstract

Dostosowywanie się do wymogów unijnych w zakresie ochrony środowiska powoduje ciągłą ewolucję polskiej polityki ekologicznej oraz konieczność oceny jej skuteczności. Z tego względu celem artykułu jest próba odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy polska polityka ekologiczna jest skuteczna? Realizacji tego celu służy analiza wybranych wskaźników w latach 2000-2009, która pozwoliła ocenić skuteczność polityki ekologicznej. W zakończeniu przedstawiono cele polskiej polityki ekologicznej na lata 2009-2012 i działania niezbędne do jej usprawnienia i zrealizowania. W artykule wykorzystano odpowiednie dokumenty i dane statystyczne.
