Kierunki rozwoju rolnictwa i obszarów wiejskich po wstąpieniu polski do unii europejskiej

Abstract

Podstawowym celem opracowania była analiza zmian, jakie zaszły w rolnictwie polskim, po upływie czterech lat od wstąpienia do Unii Europejskiej. Zmiany były związane ze strategią Wspólnej Polityki Rolnej, która doprowadziła do reorientacji w sferze wytwórczości rolniczej i do przyjęcia wysokich standardów wynikających z wymogów wzajemnej zgodności. Przyjęcie polityki cukrowej doprowadziło do wzrostu upraw roślin zbożowych oraz roślin mających związek z biopaliwami. Z kolei, wprowadzone kwoty mleczne, przyczyniły się do koncentracji i specjalizacji produkcji zwierzęcej. Wystąpiły pozytywne zmiany w towarowej produkcji rolniczej, polegające na polepszeniu jakości i bezpieczeństwa żywności.
