Aksjologiczne aspekty zrównoważonego rozwoju w ujęciu teoretycznym i empirycznym

Abstract

W pierwszej części artykułu przedstawiono wartości – cele, które są zawarte w programach politycznych zrównoważonego rozwoju. Wartości te (m.in. sprawiedliwość społeczna, sprawiedliwość międzypokoleniowa, wolność, zrównoważona konsumpcja, wartość przyrody) należy uzasadniać, odwołując się do założeń etyki przekonań, powinności oraz odpowiedzialności. W części drugiej omówiono wyniki badań empirycznych, wskazujących na niektóre wartości-cele zrównoważonego rozwoju, realizowane wśród mieszkańców wsi. W części trzeciej sformułowano analityczną interpretację trzech wartości: wolności pozytywnej, sprawiedliwości społecznej oraz wspólnotowości, które mają kluczowe znaczenie dla zrównoważonego rozwoju. W części czwartej, zakończeniowej, opisano dylemat polityczny oraz etyczny, stojący przed politykami w Polsce – czy projektować i realizować zrównoważony rozwój w sposób równomierny, czy też, ze względu na aspekt etyczny, w pierwszej kolejności radykalnie poprawiać warunki życia ludzi biednych.
