Organizacja produkcji roślinnej i zwierzęcej W gospodarstwach mlecznych, położonych W trzech rejonach województwa lubelskiego

Abstract

pracy przedstawiono ocenę organizacji produkcji roślinnej i zwierzęcej oraz ich wyników w gospodarstwach specjalizujących się w chowie bydła mlecznego położonych w trzech rejonach województwa lubelskiego. Metodą, którą posłużono się podczas przeprowadzania badań, były badania ankietowe, a podstawowym narzędziem był kwestionariusz wywiadu, stanowiący źródło pozyskanych danych. Badania przeprowadzono w 145 gospodarstwach. Analiza wykazała, że w badanych gospodarstwach znaczący udział w strukturze zasiewów zajmowały zboża. Występujące zróżnicowanie struktury zasiewów i obsady zwierząt pomiędzy grupami gospodarstw, położonymi w różnych częściach Lubelszczyzny, zadecydowało o różnym poziomie intensywności organizacji produkcji roślinnej, zwierzęcej i łącznie rolnej. Zróżnicowanie wskaźników było wyraźne, zwłaszcza pomiędzy gospodarstwami w rejonach Krasnegostawu i Ryk.
