Przestrzenne zróżnicowanie sezonowości bezrobocia. Przykład gmin nadmorskich województwa zachodniopomorskiego w polsce

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest analiza i ocena przestrzennego zróżnicowania sezonowych wahań bezrobocia na rynkach pracy w nadmorskich gminach wiejskich, wiejskomiejskich i miejskich województwa zachodniopomorskiego. Przyjęto hipotezę, że położenie badanych gmin w pasie nadmorskim determinuje ich turystyczny charakter, oraz że obserwowane lokalne rynki pracy wykazują podobne wahania sezonowości bezrobocia. Przedmiotem badań były zmiany sezonowości miesięcznego natężenia bezrobocia w latach 2001-2012. Do badania wykorzystano dane pochodzące głównie z Wojewódzkiego Urzędu Pracy w Szczecinie oraz Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego, Banku Danych Regionalnych. Otrzymane wyniki badań wskazują na stosunkowo duże przestrzenne zróżnicowanie natężenia bezrobocia w badanych gminach. Brak jednak podstaw, by przyjąć za słuszne, iż wszystkie gminy nadmorskie reagują podobnie na wahania sezonowe. Zaobserwowano wyraźną większą wrażliwość rynków wiejskich na zmiany sezonowe względem rynków miejskich.
