Społeczno-zawodowa sytuacja kobiet w procesie przemian obszarów wiejskich w polsce

Abstract

W artykule przedstawiono charakterystykę aktywności społeczno-zawodowej i społeczno-organizacyjnej kobiet wiejskich w Polsce. Uwzględniono tradycyjny, stereotypowy i współczesny obraz wykonywania ról społecznych przez kobiety na wsi. Wskazano również na przyczyny braku aktywności społeczno-zawodowej i organizacyjnej oraz możliwości wsparcia pozwalającego zwiększyć aktywność społeczną kobiet wiejskich. Na podstawie przeprowadzonej analizy wyników badań stwierdzono, że sytuacja kobiet na współczesnej wsi bliska jest tradycyjnemu wizerunkowi tej kategorii społecznej. Zwrócono zatem uwagę na potrzebę szerszego uwzględniania sytuacji społeczno-zawodowej kobiet w strategiach społeczno-gospodarczych rozwoju gmin wiejskich. Podstawą napisania artykułu była analiza literatury przedmiotu oraz wyników ogólnopolskich badań empirycznych.
