Dezagraryzacja produkcyjno-ekonomiczna gospodarstw rolnych w polsce – próba pomiaru zjawiska

Abstract

Do prowadzenia skutecznej polityki rozwoju obszarów wiejskich niezbędne są pomiar i ocena procesów zachodzących w gospodarstwach rolnych. W opracowaniu przedstawiono próbę oceny zaawansowania (natężenia) procesu dezagraryzacji w ujęciu produkcyjno-ekonomicznym na poziomie subregionalnym (lokalnym). W konstrukcji syntetycznego wskaźnika dezagraryzacji wykorzystano trzy zmienne objaśniające: odsetek gospodarstw domowych z właścicielem gospodarstwa rolnego, które nie czerpią dochodów z działalności rolniczej, udział gruntów w złej kulturze rolnej w powierzchni użytków rolnych w gospodarstwach oraz obsadę zwierząt. Przeprowadzone obliczenia potwierdziły większe zaawansowanie zjawiska dezagraryzacji na obszarach o rozdrobnionej strukturze agrarnej. Do jednostek o największym natężeniu dezagraryzacji produkcyjno- -ekonomicznej należą podregiony: częstochowski, sosnowiecki, kielecki, oświęcimski, bielski oraz rzeszowski.
