Specyfika działalności spółdzielni socjalnych jako podmiotów ekonomii społecznej

Abstract

W artykule, na przykładzie spółdzielni socjalnych, ukazano rolę, jaką odgrywają przedsiębiorstwa społeczne na rynku pracy. W gospodarce rynkowej, powołując się na doświadczenia wielu krajów UE, można stwierdzić, że przedsiębiorstwa tego typu mają rację bytu. Świadczy o tym ich stały rozwój i wspierająca polityka Parlamentu Europejskiego. Często są one jedyną szansą dla ludzi zmarginalizowanych i wykluczonych społecznie. W opracowaniu wykorzystano przepisy prawne regulujące funkcjonowanie spółdzielni socjalnych, różnego rodzaju opracowania oraz literaturę naukową.
