Wybrane zagadnienia potencjału konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstw przetwórstwa owocowo-warzywnego zlokalizowanych na terenie województwa wielkopolskiego

Abstract

W artykule omówiono wyniki badań ankietowych dotyczących potencjału i strategii konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstw przemysłu przetwórstwa owocowo-warzywnego zlokalizowanych na terenie województwa wielkopolskiego. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na ocenę sytuacji finansowej przedsiębiorstw, zasobów produkcyjnych, systemu zarządzania oraz przyjętych strategii rozwoju. Na podstawie oceny sytuacji finansowej badanych firm stwierdzono, że charakteryzują się silną pozycją na rynku krajowym. Przedsiębiorstwa bardzo wysoko oceniają potencjał konkurencyjności, a w szczególności zasoby ludzkie i związane z nim umiejętności zarządcze. Ponadto większość przedsiębiorstw wysoko lub bardzo wysoko ocenia wykorzystanie strategii sterowania jakością oraz strategii specjalizacji.
