Determinanty produkcji mleka w regionach unii europejskiej o bardzo dużych gospodarstwach mlecznych po 2004 roku

Abstract

Celem badań było określenie zróżnicowania oraz czynników warunkujących zmienność produkcji mleka w wybranych makroregionach Unii Europejskiej. Zróżnicowanie określono za pomocą analizy skupień, która pozwoliła na utworzenie pięciu jednorodnych grup regionów. Dalszej analizie poddano grupę typologiczną I, zawierającą regiony o bardzo dużych gospodarstwach mlecznych. Na podstawie wyników analizy czynnikowej zidentyfikowano czynniki, które miały decydujący wpływ na procesy dostosowań ekonomicznych bardzo dużych gospodarstw mlecznych i określono, które z wybranych makroregionów Unii Europejskiej rozwinęły się po 2004 roku najbardziej, a które pogorszyły swoją pozycję konkurencyjną.
