Funkcjonowanie systemu doradztwa rolniczego w opinii rolników województwa opolskiego

Abstract

Doradztwo rolnicze jest unikalną formą ustawicznego kształcenia rolników i mieszkańców wsi. Ten jego atrybut uznano za istotny dla nowej transformacji rolnictwa europejskiego, czego wyrazem jest ustanowienie systemu doradztwa rolniczego w przestrzeni europejskiej (Farm Advisory System). Skuteczność działania tego systemu zależy od wielu czynników, głównie jednak od aktywnego zaufania rolników do wiedzy, która jest im przekazywana. W opracowaniu posłużono się danymi zebranymi metodą wywiadu kwestionariuszowego w towarowych gospodarstwach rolnych województwa opolskiego. Na ich podstawie określono miejsce i rolę doradztwa rolniczego w systemie wiedzy i informacji rolniczej, rodzaje wiedzy poszukiwanej przez rolników oraz przedstawiono ocenę respondentów dotyczącą znaczenia tej struktury instytucjonalnej w rozwoju gospodarstw i rozwoju lokalnym. Rozpatrzono także kwestię wykorzystania regionalnych platform internetowych w realizacji zadań doradztwa rolniczego. Opracowanie kończą wnioski odnoszące się do wyzwań stojących przed regionalnymi strukturami doradztwa rolniczego.
