Ocena jakości świadczonych usług w obiektach noclegowych górnego śląska

Abstract

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczących oceny wpływu jakości usług noclegowych, szczególnie jakości pracy i kwalifikacji personelu, na opinię gości, a tym samym promocję obiektu noclegowego oraz dokonywanie jego wyboru na terenie Górnego Śląska. Badaniem objęto 200 osób, uwzględniając ich płeć, wiek, miejsce zamieszkania, wykształcenie oraz status zawodowy. Narzędzie badawcze stanowił autorski kwestionariusz ankiety. Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników badań dostrzeżono ścisłą korelację pomiędzy jakością usług świadczonych przez pracowników (indywidualne podejście, estetyka, dyskrecja, zrozumienie) a zadowoleniem klienta. Szczególną uwagę na jakość obsługi zwracali goście o wysokim statusie zawodowym i wyższym poziomie wykształcenia.
