Universities And Russian Academy Of Science: Opportunities And Stalemates Of Cooperation

Abstract

Problems of the higher school - Russian Academy of Science cooperation as one of the factors defining quality of training specialists are considered. Not applying for exhaustive analysis, authors designate only some problems which are specific to physics department of the university. On the basis of concrete experience the evolution of partnership with RAS during transition period from old to new attitudes in a society is analyzed. The role that it has played and plays now in organization of research and educational activity is marked. Considering a generality of problems that higher schools collide, authors believe in continuation of discussion and an exchange of experience with the purpose of development of an optimum control system of research and educational activity in partnership with the academic institutes.
