Modelling Of Social And Legal Mechanism In The System Of High Education Management

Abstract

The management process in the sphere of higher education as an important strategic government instrument for realization of national aims. The problem of forming of a new educational sphere model in the modern society, which should undergo changes and should be guided by the future, is analyzed. It is necessary to work out a new educational sphere management model in the conditions of the modern information society. The scheme of the construction of the higher educational management process mode, which will be able to raise teachers and managers potential and to manage qualitatively, on the scientific basis, higher education possibilities.
