Improvement Of State Governing In Higher Education Under Educational Reform In Russia

Abstract

The full-scale modernization of higher education requires the adequate adjustment of governing this sphere on the part of the state to ensure the success of reforms. The article shows the system of objects of governance in higher education under new organizational and economic conditions, studies changes in managing this system necessary to secure its proper functioning (these changes are shown from the point of view of each major reform). The article also puts forward suggestions for perfecting state governance and control in higher education required to create auspicious conditions for its further development.
