Abstract

The article is devoted to problems of modernization of interuniversity cooperation organizational- lawful base. Cooperation of high schools is considered as the mechanism of the education's quality improvement. The examples of effective interuniversity cooperation abroad and in Russia are given. The operating organizational-lawful base of interuniversity cooperation in educational, research and innovative activity is analyzed. The basic problem moments and directions of perfection of the normative-lawful and organizational regulation of high schools cooperation process are determined.
