Roadmapping as a method of strategic planning of education sector's development

Abstract

The article describes the concepts of the «road map» as one of Foresight methods, its appearance and distribution in the global system of strategic management. The principal difference of this method in comparison to traditional planning approaches is given, the universal tools of roadmapping and the specificity of their application in the education field are shown, illustrated by the example of roadmaps for the Republic of Tatarstan's educational complex development and for the creation of Scientific and Educational Park within the framework of the project «INO Tomsk 2020».
