The Ural State Academy of Architecture and Arts: conception of strategic planning in the creative institute of higher education

Abstract

This article describes the experience of strategic planning of the Ural State Academy of Architectural and Art. The concept of the strategic plan is presented. As a theoretical basis of the concept used principles of strategic planning: development of competitive advantages, the use of certain methods (SWOT-analysis, programming, etc.), reliance on self-government and their own resources, corporation, the coherence between the interests of different groups, the concentration of resources and efforts on the main lines, etc. In the process of work on the concept applied synergetic rules of creativity.
