Natural Monopolies are in the Russian Economy: Choice of Adjusting Model

Abstract

In the article the problems of adjusting of natural monopolies are examined as a market institute of industrial and after industrial economy. Some reasons of adjusting failures are investigated in a historical aspect. Analysed competitive going near the choice of adequate for the Russian economy model and politics of adjusting of natural monopolies taking into account the factor of innovative development.
