Abstract

This study explores how transformational leadership and intrapreneurship can foster sustainable educational development among university students. Through a case analysis, the authors examine leadership practices and entrepreneurial initiatives that enhance critical thinking, autonomy, and engagement. The findings suggest that fostering leadership and innovation skills is key to promoting resilient and adaptive educational models in Latin American contexts.
