Aufbereitung und Angebot der ZEW Gründungsindikatoren

Abstract

Seit seiner Gründung arbeitet das Zentrum für Europäische Wirtschaftsforschung GmbH (ZEW) in Kooperation mit CREDITREFORM, der größten deutschen Kreditauskunftei, am Aufbau, der Erweiterung und der Pflege mehrerer Paneldateien, den ZEW-Gründungspanels, zu ost- und westdeutschen sowie österreichischen Unternehmen. Die zahlreichen Veröffentlichungen basierend auf Auswertungen aus den ZEW-Gründungspanels fanden breite Resonanz und führten u.a. dazu, dass verstärkt Anfragen an das ZEW gerichtet werden, die sich auf die Bereitstellung von Datenmaterial zum regionalen und sektoralen Gründungsgeschehen beziehen. Seit Anfang des Jahres 2000 stellt das ZEW externen Interessenten standardisierte Tabellen zum Gründungsgeschehen zur Verfügung. Ziel der vorliegenden Dokumentation ist es, das methodische Vorgehen bei der Bestimmung der ZEW-Gründungsindikatoren vorzustellen, um dem Datennutzer die Interpretation und das weitere Arbeiten mit den Gründungsindikatoren des ZEW zu erleichtern.
