Die ökonomische Transformationsstrategie Tschechiens im Vergleich zur Slowakei, Ungarn und Polen

Abstract

Jiri Kostas jüngste Publikationen sind Beiträge zur Transformationsdiskussion. So auch der hier vorgelegte. Diskutiert wird darin die aktuelle wirtschaftliche Entwicklung in der tschechischen Republik. Gestützt vor allem auf makroökonomische Daten, wird der als sehr erfolgreich geltende Verlauf des tschechischen Transformationsprozesses analysiert und bewertet. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Strategie der ökonomischen Transformation in Tschechien, der, einbezüglich der guten Voraussetzungen dieses Landes, der beachtliche Erfolg dieses Prozesses zugeschrieben wird. Auf die institutionellen Schwächen des tschechischen Transformationsmodells wird kurz verwiesen und der Autor vermerkt diesbezüglich, daß sich diese auf die derzeit konstatierte positive Entwicklungstendenz des tschechischen Wegs der Transformation auswirken könnten.
