Abstract

Publikationen, nicht Patente gelten als Ausweis guter Forschung. Die akademische Laufbahn ist in Deutschland zu stark auf die Professur ausgerichtet. Gefragt sind Berufswege, die Wechsel zwischen Forschung und Praxis begünstigen.
