Führungskräfteentwicklung: Neue Lernformen und ihre Konsequenzen für die Lehrkräftequalifikation

Abstract

Die Entwicklung neuer Ansätze zur Förderung lebenslangen Lernens stellt eine der zentralen Herausforderungen an die empirische Erziehungswissenschaft dar. Es besteht ein Bedarf an Methoden, die sowohl individuelles als auch Gruppenlernen unterstützen, die der wachsenden Internationalisierung der Qualitätsanforderung gerecht werden und die die weitestmögliche Aufhebung der in traditionellen Erziehungsstrukturen festgelegten Trennung zwischen lernen und arbeiten gewährleisten. Unter der Federführung des Ashridge Management College in Großbritannien, mit wissenschaftlicher Begleitung aus dem Wissenschaftszentrum Berlin für Sozialforschung, wurde in den letzten Jahren der Live-case Workshopansatz als intensive und strukturierte Lernerfahrung entlang des Kolb'schen Lernzykluses für Führungskräfte entwickelt. Dieser Beitrag beschreibt den Live-case Workshopansatz unter Heranziehung von konkreten Fallbeispielen und beleuchtet die Anforderungen an die Lehre, um die beschriebenen Lernerfahrungen zu unterstützen.
