Prozesse politischer Entscheidungsfindung in China: Die Vierte Führungsgeneration

Abstract

Im Rahmen des kooperativen Szenarioprojektes Wasserstofftechnologie für Chinas automobilen Quantensprung wird untersucht, inwieweit die politische Zäsur, die mit dem Führungswechsel 2002 bis 2004 einhergegangen ist, Einfluss auf makroökonomische Entscheidungsprozesse hat. Der Führungswechsel stellt eine Zäsur dar, welche die politischen Rahmenbedingungen für die Organisationen von Partei und Staat verändert hat. Der Wandel der Machtzentren betrifft Veränderungen in den Interessenkonstellationen informeller politischer Netzwerke. Die Entstehung aktueller Konflikte um eine neue Transformationsstrategie wird untersucht und deren Auswirkungen auf weitere politische und wirtschaftliche Entwicklung Chinas wird diskutiert.
