Qualitätsentwicklung in Primärprävention und Gesundheitsförderung: Mitgliederbefragung der Bundesvereinigung Prävention und Gesundheitsförderung

Abstract

Im Rahmen einer empirischen Studie wurden die 130 Mitgliedsorganisationen der Bundesvereinigung Prävention und Gesundheitsförderung (BVPG) zu ihren Maßnahmen der Qualitätsentwicklung (QE) befragt. Erhebungsinstrument war ein eigens entwickelter Online-Fragebogen. Die Rücklaufquote beträgt 35 Prozent. Quantität und Qualität der Antworten lassen keine Folgerungen zum Stand der QE in der Praxis der Primärprävention zu. Auf der Basis der Daten ist es jedoch gelungen, Kategorien zu entwickeln, mit deren Hilfe die Vielfalt der QE-Praxis systematisch deskribiert werden kann. Zur Realisierung einer Bestandsaufnahme der QE in der Primärprävention sowie zur Verstetigung von Lern- und Institutionalisierungs-prozessen in diesem Bereich empfehlen die Autoren ein zweistufiges Verfahren: eine qualitative, teilpartizipative Untersuchung unter Beteiligung ausgewählter Akteure sowie eine dauerhafte, öffentlich zugängliche Online-Datenbank.
