Kooperative Verarbeitung von Kundendaten im Rahmen der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung: Problemaufriss und Vorstellung des theoretischen Bezugsrahmens am Beispiel der Verbundgruppen

Abstract

Das vorliegende Arbeitspapier beschreibt die theoretische Vorgehensweise zur Untersuchung des Einflusses eines "Daten-Netzwerkbetriebs" auf den Kooperationserfolg von Verbundgruppen. Neben einführenden Begriffserklärungen findet eine Vorstellung der Hauptmotive der Unternehmen zur möglichen Initiierung von Datenkooperationen statt, welche durch erste Ergebnisse im Rahmen einer Konjunkturumfrage bekräftigt werden. Basierend auf einem situativen Ansatz wird im Anschluss ein theoretischer Rahmen entwickelt, der es erlaubt, die multivariate Natur von Verbundgruppen in Bezug auf das Forschungsziel zu berücksichtigen. Hierzu werden unterschiedliche Kontext-, Gestaltungs- und Erfolgsvariablen vorgestellt und operationalisiert. Diese werden anhand von Experteninterviews auf ihre praktische Relevanz überprüft und modifiziert. Die Ergebnisse einer schriftlichen Befragung von insgesamt 310 Verbundgruppenzentralen sollen das Fundament einer deskriptiven und explorativen Auswertung bilden.
