WSI Arbeitskampfbilanz 2020: Streiks unter den Bedingungen der Corona-Pandemie

Abstract

Auch unter den Bedingungen der Corona-Pandemie haben nach wie vor eine Vielzahl von Arbeitskämpfen stattgefunden. Mit rund 342.000 ausgefallenen Arbeitstagen lag das Arbeitskampfvolumen im Jahr 2020 nur knapp unter dem Niveau des Vorjahres. Die Anzahl der an Arbeitskämpfen beteiligten Arbeitnehmer:innen lag mit 276.000 sogar leicht oberhalb des Vorjahres. Deutlich zurückgegangen ist hingegen die Anzahl der Arbeitskonflikte, die 2020 nur 157 erreichte, während es im Vorjahr noch 227 waren. Für das laufende Jahr 2021 ist hingegen wieder mit einer deutlichen Zunahme des Arbeitskampfvolumens zu rechnen.
