Zur Vorbereitung auf die neue Förderphase der Europäischen Strukturfonds

Abstract

Im Kapitel 1 werden zentrale Herausforderungen (Bevölkerungs- und Beschäftigtenentwicklung, Innovationsfähigkeit) aufgegriffen und die künftigen Probleme für die neue Förderperiode aus Sicht der Gutachter herausgestellt. Im Kapitel 2 schließt sich ein Blick auf die laufende Förderperiode an. Dieser Abschnitt zeigt kursorisch welche Anpassungsschritte noch für die aktuelle Periode empfohlen werden. Kapitel 3 bildet den Schwerpunkt des vorliegenden Papiers. Es werden die Vorschläge der Evaluatoren zur Ausrichtung der Europäischen Strukturfondsmittel ab 2007 länderübergreifend diskutiert. Ein Fazit (Kapitel 4) rundet das vorliegende Diskussionspapier ab.
