Deutschland riskiert seine Zukunftsfähigkeit - Die Belebung der Volkswirtschaft durch Private Equity kommt nur schwer in Gang

Abstract

In Deutschland wird die Bedeutung von Private Equity für die Belebung der Volkswirtschaft, sei es bei Unternehmensgründungen, in deren Wachstumsfinanzierung oder auch bei der Finanzierung von Infrastrukturprojekten von der Politik seit vielen Jahren gesehen. Verschiedene Programme und Maßnahmen versuchen, eine Belebung dieser Finanzierungsquelle durch private Investoren zu erreichen. Dennoch sind die Erfolge nach beinahe 20 Jahren der Bemühungen im internationalen Vergleich bescheiden. Regulatorische und steuerliche Rahmenbedingungen sowie bürokratische Hürden sind die Ursachen. So droht Deutschland, in wichtigen Bereichen den Anschluss an die Zukunft zu verlieren.
