Finanzielle Staatshilfen für den Agrarsektor und deren regionale Verteilung

Abstract

Der Arbeitsbericht beschreibt die regionale Verteilung der finanziellen Staatshilfen für den Agrarsektor in der Förderperiode 1995 bis 2008. Räumliche Betrachtungseinheit sind die Bundesländer, Landkreise und siedlungsstrukturellen Kreistypen. Im Einzelnen wird die regionale Verteilung der Ausgaben der 1. und 2. Säule der Gemeinsamen Agrarpolitik (GAP), der Bundesausgaben für Agrardieselverbilligung und für das agrarsoziale Sicherungssystem beschrieben. Es zeigen sich ausgeprägte regionale Verteilungsunterschiede bei den einzelnen Maßnahmen sowie bei einer aggregierten Betrachtung aller Maßnahmen. Dabei hängen die Ausprägungen und regionalen Verteilungsmuster von der gewählten Bezugsgröße (Fläche, Betriebe, Arbeitskräfte, Einwohner) ab.
