Abstract

Les réflexions que nous développons dans cet articles ont été nommées aux sources de deux enquètes de 1985 – 1987 et poursuivies en 1995. La crise actuelle du continent et singulièrement celle des sociétés rurales, est – la fois le prix et la conséquence des illusions évolutionnistes linéaires sur lesquelle se fondèrent les politiques de développement rural depuis les indépendances. Peu de responsables et de planificateurs doutaient alors de l´efficience des entreprises étatiques; peu de ces gens s´interrogeaient alors sur la stabilité monétaire ou sur l´équilibre des étranges internationauy.
