Abstract

Mitte des Jahres 2008 wurde der Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach Stiftungslehrstuhl der Universität Duisburg-Essen von der Kassenärztlichen Vereinigung Bayerns (KVB) beauftragt, das Einweisungsverhalten der niedergelassenen Ärzte in Bayern zu analysieren und im Hinblick auf dessen Entwicklung zu beurteilen . Den Hintergrund der vorliegenden Studie bildet die Fragestellung, ob es Tendenzen zu vollstationären Krankenhausaufnahmen ohne entsprechende Krankenhausverordnungen bzw. vorherige medizinische Notwendigkeitsprüfungen durch einen Vertragsarzt gibt. Mit dem Ziel, die Verordnungszahlen aus dem ambulanten Sektor mit dem Einweisungsdokumentationen aus dem stationären Sektor zu vergleichen, wurden aus beiden Sektoren entsprechende Daten ausgewertet. ...
