Marktzugang und Preisbildung auf Arzneimittelmärkten im internationalen Vergleich

Abstract

Die vorliegende Untersuchung befasst sich zunächst mit einem internationalen Vergleich der Regulierung auf Arzneimittelmärkten. Nach einer Auswertung und Analyse von Preisvergleichsstudien untersucht sie international vergleichend Erstattungsregulierungen und Preisregulierungen. Hierbei wird insbesondere eine Unterscheidung in Systeme zentraler Regulierung und Systeme dezentraler Regulierung getroffen. Anschließend werden aufbauend auf den international vergleichenden Analysen drei Szenarien mit unterschiedlicher Wettbewerbs-intensität entwickelt und hinsichtlich ihrer möglichen Auswirkungen für unterschiedliche Typen von pharmazeutischen Herstellern, für die Krankenkassen und für die Patienten und Versicherten analysiert.
