Kliniken in Baden-Württemberg mit höchster Verlustquote bundesweit

Abstract

Hohes Lohnniveau, harter Wettbewerb um Fachkräfte und ungünstige Strukturen bringen das Bundesland in besorgniserregende Lage. - Rund die Hälfte der Krankenhäuser in Baden-Württemberg hat im Jahr 2014 einen Jahresverlust geschrieben. In keinem anderen Bundesland war der Anteil von Kliniken in den roten Zahlen größer. Ein Grund für die besorgniserregende Lage ist das hohe regionale Lohnniveau. Dieses kann ein einzelnes Krankenhaus nicht beeinflussen; es sollte bei der Berechnung des Landesbasisfallwerts berücksichtig werden. Die Landesregierung muss zudem mehr investieren und die regionalen Träger bei einer Anpassung der Krankenhausstrukturen unterstützen.
