Abstract

Das im November 2008 veranstaltete Technik-Forum war ein Jubiläum besonderer Art, denn es machte die runde Anzahl von mittlerweile zehn erfolgreichen Technik-Foren an der Hochschule Pforzheim (inkl. einem in Iserlohn) voll. Auch dieses Mal folgten der Einladung nach Pforzheim wieder zahlreiche auf dem Gebiet der Kaltverformung von Metallen tätige Fachleute aus dem In- und Ausland und nutzten die Tagung zu intensiven fachlichen Diskussionen. Auf den seit dem Jahr 2000 jährlich stattfindenden Technik-Foren werden u.a. die von der Max-und Erni-Bühler-Stiftung geförderten und finanzierten aktuellen Forschungsaktivitäten der Hochschule Pforzheim vorgestellt. Seit dem Beginn der Zusammenarbeit im Jahre 1999 erfolgen sie in enger interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Labor für Werkstoffentwicklung und -prüfung sowie dem Labor für Laser- und Fertigungstechnik. Auch bei diesem Forum wurde an der bewährten Aufteilung in einen fachlichen Teil (Workshop) sowie einem eingeladenen Festvortrag, der wieder gemeinsam mit dem Studium Generale stattfand, festgehalten.
